At Pink Gellac, we want you to be completely satisfied with your salon-quality manicure; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
